Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests are considered under specific circumstances. Not every situation qualifies, but we assess each case individually.
- Course cancellation initiated by tavolsilvaiqelo with more than 14 days notice: Full refund processed within 10 business days
- Technical issues preventing access to learning materials for more than 5 consecutive days: Partial or full refund depending on course completion
- Medical circumstances with supporting documentation: Evaluated on a case-by-case basis
- Course withdrawal within 7 days of purchase and before accessing more than 20% of content: Full refund minus administrative fee of
- Duplicate purchase or billing error: Full refund processed immediately upon verification
Non-Refundable Situations

How to Request a Refund
Submit Your Request
Email support@tavolsilvaiqelo.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line. Include your full name, course name, purchase date, and reason for the refund. The more detail you provide, the faster we can process things.
Initial Review
Our team reviews your request within 2-3 business days. We'll check eligibility against this policy and may contact you for additional information or documentation if needed.
Decision Notification
You'll receive an email with our decision within 5 business days. If approved, we'll outline the refund amount and expected processing timeline. If denied, we'll explain why and discuss potential alternatives.
Processing and Completion
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. The actual time for funds to appear in your account depends on your financial institution but typically takes an additional 3-5 business days.
Course Postponement
If tavolsilvaiqelo postpones a scheduled course by more than 30 days, you can choose a full refund or transfer to the next available session at no additional cost. We'll notify you immediately when schedule changes occur.
Course Transfer
Rather than requesting a refund, you can transfer your enrollment to a different tavolsilvaiqelo course of equal or lesser value. Transfers must be requested within 21 days of original purchase and are subject to course availability.
Partial Completion
For courses between 20-50% completion, we may offer a partial refund calculated based on the percentage of unused content. This option is available only within 30 days of purchase with valid documentation.
Medical Circumstances
Serious medical situations affecting your ability to complete a course are assessed individually. Provide documentation from a healthcare provider, and we'll work with you to find a fair solution, whether that's a refund, transfer, or course extension.

7-10 business days for processing, plus 3-5 days for your bank to post the credit
Bank Transfer
5-7 business days once approved, requires verification of account details
PayPal
3-5 business days after approval, appears immediately in your PayPal balance
